Huan Fang Named Repeat Winner for WxChallenge

Graduate student Huan Fang was again named Category 2 (MS/PhD) Winner for the forecast of Anchorage, AK during the 2018-19 season on WxChallenge, the North American collegiate weather forecasting competition. (Awarded March 2019).
