Software updates for EAS Linux machines
In preparation for the upcoming semester, the EAS Technology Support staff have updated the software packages installed in /opt on EAS Linux machines. The packages are currently available for testing and will be installed on Thursday, August 14. See the table below for more information. Users are encouraged to test the new builds and report any problems to eas-itap@purdue.edu.
Additionally, in order to better reflect the package name the NCARG/NCL directory will be changed from /opt/ncarg to /opt/ncl on the date specified above. The software itself will not be updated, since we already have the most recent version installed.
