Ticket system down

We are currently experiencing an outage of our support ticket system, help.science.purdue.edu. We have made changes to the eas-itap@purdue.edu mail address so that it will forward to the staff as well as to the ticket system, but any new support requests or replies to open tickets should be re-sent if you sent them after 11:30 this morning.
