How to request technology support

Several users have reported trouble with printing on glossy paper, both 36" and 42". We are working with vendors to resolve the problem but currently have no solution. In the meantime, the plain paper will still be available. The plain paper gives the same quality, but is not as durable as the glossy paper. Updates will be sent via e-mail and posted to
