New version of NCL available for testing

The new version of NCL (4.3.0) released yesterday is available for testing on departmental Linux machines. On 32-bit hosts, the path is /project/devo/b/ncl-4.3 and on 64-bit hosts (baja2, dhyana, helicity, and tornado) the path is /project/devo/b/ncl-4.3-x64 . If no problems are reported, the new version will be pushed out to all hosts on Thursday, May 10. Please report any problems to eas-itap@purdue.edu
