Technology Update

ArcGIS unavailable Oct 10

Power will be shut down to several buildings on campus on Tuesday, October 10 from 6:30am to 7:00am.  One of the buildings included houses the ArcGIS license server.  During the shut-off, ArcGIS will not be available anywhere on campus, including the ITaP instructional labs and the SoftwareRemote website.  This will also stop the online GIS services provided by watershed.agriculture.purdue.edu and abe2k3s2.ecn.purdue.edu.  GIS services are expected to be restored by 8:45 am that morning.  Please note that the power outage will NOT directly affect CIVL.
