Computing support for the Earth and Atmospheric Sciences (EAS) department is provided by EAS and College of Science staff who work together to provision the best possible computing operations and support services.

Information Technology at Purdue (ITaP)

At Purdue University, the Office of the Vice President for Information Technology provides leadership for planning and coordinating central IT resources and is responsible for further developing the computing and telecommunications systems on the West Lafayette campus. Formed in 2001, ITaP initially brought together several related areas of computing and telecommunications as a result of Purdue's vision for seamlessly integrating information technology with learning, discovery, engagement, and business enterprise of the University.
